Yoga
In the restorative Mukti Yoga class, we begin with mantras to help relax the mind which is followed by gentle asanas based on a Integral Yoga Flow. We work with pranayama (yogic breathing) throughout to further enhance the relaxation of the mind and body. We end the class with a half hour, lying down guided meditation. You leave feeling like you spent the day at the spa.
