Althea is a Certified Reflexologist and Holistic Practitioner with a background in Nutrition, Herb Blending and Aromatherapy and has been practicing for over 15 years. She has a certificate in Reflexology and Aromatherapy, and is a Certified Holistic Practitioner through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She is the founder and formulator of Shea Essence Wholesome Food for Skin - a plant based skincare brand that supports women, men and children with various skin sensitivities. Althea is passionate about health and wellness and aims to provide holistic options, products and services to various communities. She enjoys any opportunity to learn and share her knowledge as it pertains to health and overall wellbeing.
Althea offers her Reflexology services in our office. Reflexology is a type of massage that applies different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, head and/or ears. It is believed that these areas of the body are connected to the various organs and internal systems within the body. Benefits of reflexology include its ability to stimulate nerve function, reduce pain, increase energy, boost circulation, induce a deep state of relaxation and promote a restful night’s sleep.

Ionic Foot Bath - $120/session, $70/half session
Reflexology and Foot Bath Combo - $150/session
Cupping Therapy - $85/session
